Job description

Under the supervision of the regional operations manager, the candidate responsibilities will include the supervision of the Montreal terminal assuring that our corporate policies and values are respected and that all goals & objectives are obtained. Furthermore, the candidate will manage the operational costs of the terminal and explain any variations in performance indicators all the while implementing new work methods in order to improve performance. The candidate will also be responsible for planning and conducting different meetings and committees and will supervise and recommend investments for his terminal.

Requirements :
- 10 years experience in transportation & management;
- Human resources management skills;
- Coaching skills;
- Excellent capacity to manage stress;
- Natural leadership skills;
- Good decision making skills;
- Good budget management skills;
- Must be able to communicate both oral and written in French and English;
- Comfortable in a computerized environment.

Working hours :
- Monday to Friday.

Remuneration :
- Renumeration and benefits are according to the current salary policy of the company.
